Two weekends ago, i made my obligatory trip to Hatyai with a friend. It was a short trip but we came back with loads of goodies! :D

Nothing much to highlight because we spent most of our time at Robinsons, Central and a place similar to Chatuchak (cant recall its name). We also spotted a new cafe near Robinsons. It looks really pretty!

Eating In

Healthy breakfast for two on a Sunday morning @ home. Bliss!

I get so tired of eating out sometimes. U know, i rather mess up the kitchen and prepare what i wanna eat at the comfort of my own home. Cleaning up the dishes is not my favourite but i do love grocery shopping and the cooking part! :) I find that cooking a meal for 2 person isnt cheap at all. Meat and vegetables are quite pricey nowadays. Its best to buy them from the market but who likes going to smelly wet markets ? :)

Spent quite a bit of time in the kitchen last weekend and heres what i prepared:-

Stir fried black pepper beef with spring onions.

Cauliflower & Carrots fried with lots of garlic.

Fried fish and the must have cili padi.
I wish i could master the art of frying fish someday! I find it really difficult cuz the fish will stick to the wok no matter how hot the oil is and when i try to flip the fish over, it will surely tear apart. Not to mention oil splatters everywhere! Argh. Do you have any tips to share?

Another meal complete with choy sum soup, omelette, fried chicken & japanese tofu with minced chicken.

Cooking can be really easy and fun! Am off to search for new recipes to cook for this weekend... :)

Going Korean

I was craving for Korean food yesterday i knew i just had to call someone out to accompany me for Korean dinner! Lucky enough, Chia Li said "YES" when i invited her. Since it was a last minute invitation, the rest of the girls could not make it.

We went to Nak Won at Taman Danau Desa. I've read many good reviews of this place.

Chia Li looks abit Korean here, what say you?

BBQ Chicken. Would love to try their Beef someday.

There were 12 different type of side dishes for us and thats alot of variety. Best of all, can refill! :D

I love greens

My share of Chicken Ginseng Soup.

Kimchi Soup with glass noodles

Chicken grilled to perfection.Yum yum!

Some kind of steam egg

And a very satisfied me after dinner :D Came out of the restaurant smelling very awful though.

Day Trip-Singapore

It was last two weeks JT and i went on an impulse trip to Singapore, only for a day trip. We wanted to put up a night there but it was so last minute that i did not have enough time to book for a nice affordable hotel. It also din help that i was not too familiar with Singapore. I almost booked a room at GEYLANG! A Red Light district for goodness sake!

Anyway we took a coach from Melaka to Singapore @ RM38/pax return. It stops right at Resorts World Sentosa. Very convenient. We visited ION Orchard & Vivocity too.

World Cup Fever at MRT Station :)

Delicious Ramen at Aoba, Ion Orchard, yummy! Not sure why we decided to have Ramen...but whats good to eat in Singapore?

This Salmon set only for SGD 12.80 :) I reckon the cost of living in Singapore is quite low?

Walked around at Orchard Road. So many people & shopping malls, Msia no where to be compared! If i work/live in Singapore, i'll go crazy!

Although we did not have much time to shop, I still manage to grab two pairs of Charles & Keith at only SGD46! Cheap right? Am so happy with my purchase!! :)
It was an enjoyable trip overall but wont be visiting Singapore again anytime soon!

I love Sasa because there are so many interesting beauty products i cannot resist not to buy. hehehe Most of their products are of good quality from Japan and Taiwan. Here are my latest buy... :)

To curl hair the easy way! :) Recommended by Sweetpepperlove. This is roughly how you do it. These soft foam rollers are easy on hair and also comfortable to sleep on since its soft.

Liese Juicy Shower. A mixed berry hydrating mist for the hair. I can say byebye to dry hair now. RM32. Free coin purse.

False lashes at RM 17.90 each. Usual price RM 22

Stick Concealer! RM 42.90

Measuring tape, F.O.C

Eye Mask. RM 4.90 for 3 pairs.

This is very useful and only RM 9.90 for 2 pcs.

To put up your annoying long fringe when applying make up. Comes in three different colors (Pink, Baby Blue & Black).

Noticed my new hair colour? Need to redo it cause am not very happy with the outcome.
